Playoffs[]

The top six teams in each division qualify for the playoffs. Due to an uneven number of teams the West Division has a play-in game between the sixth and seventh place teams to determine the sixth seed. The playoff rounds are best-of-three. The division final round losers meet for the bronze medal and the division winners meet for the league championship. Both finalist qualify for the 2024 University Cup being held at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario and being hosted by the TMU Bold.

Concordia Stingers beat Queen's Golden Gaels 2-games-to-.

Windsor Lancers beat Lakehead Thunderwolves 2-games-to-none.


Division Semi-finals[]

McGill Redbirds beat Concordia Stingers 2-games-to-none.

UQTR Patriotes beat Ottawa Gee-Gees 2-games-to-1.

Brock Badgers beat Windsor Lancers 2-games-to-none.

Toronto Metropolitan Bold beat Laurier Golden Hawks 2-games-to-none.

Division Finals[]

UQTR Patriotes beat McGill Redbirds 2-games-to-1.

Toronto Metropolitan Bold beat Brock Badgers 2-games-to-1.

Bronze Medal Game[]

The McGill Redbirds win bronze medal.

Queen's Cup Final[]

The UQTR Patriotes win gold medal, the Toronto Metropolitan Bold win silver medal.

UQTR Patriotes (as conference champion) and McGill Redbirds (as bronze medalist in place of host runner-up Toronto Metropolitan Bold) and Brock Badgers (as fourth place) advanced to the 2024 University Cup Playoffs.
