This is the 2023-24 Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference season.

Membership Changes

• The Columbia Lions withdrew from the league.
• The NJIT Highlanders Yale Bulldogs were added to the league.
• Yale would begin forfeiting games with their January 27th game, for a total of five forfeits. The league website lists the team as suspended as of January 28th for rules violations.
