The top six teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal round is a best-of-three round. The semifinal round is best-of-five. The final is best-of-three. The playoff champion and runner up will be the league representatives at the 2024 University Cup being hosted by the Toronto Metropolitan University at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario.
