The 2023–24 Calgary Flames season was their 44th season in Calgary, and the 52nd season for the National Hockey League franchise that was established on June 6, 1972.[1]
On April 4, 2024, the Flames were eliminated from playoff contention after a 5–2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets.[2]

- The Flames will receive the higher of the two Chicago Blackhawks' fifth-round picks in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.[108]
- The Flames will receive the Vancouver Canucks' third-round pick instead of the fourth-round pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft if the Canucks make the Western Conference Final.[109] If the pick remains a fourth-round pick, Calgary will receive the higher of Vancouver's or the New Jersey Devils' pick.[108]
