Hockey Manitoba had the Champions of Manitoba’s 4 Senior A Leagues face off for the Manitoba Championship, the Manitoba Cup. Due to the Carillon Senior Hockey League not playing for the 2021-22 season the format was modified to have four teams playing a two-game-total-goal-series (Boissevain Border Kings play the Miniota-Elkhorn C-Hawks in one semifinal and the Minnedosa Bombers play the Warren Mercs in the other semifinal) and the winner advancing to face the other winning team in a single game provincial championship. The Tiger Hills Hockey League had both finalists given berths in the tournament.
