This is the 2022-23 White Mud Senior Hockey League season.
The regular season runs November 12th to January 28th. Each team will play 12 games, 2 against each other member of the league.

- The Leader Flyers are playing this season after having last played in the 2015-16 season.
- The Eatonia Huskies join the league after sitting out the previous two seasons as a member of the Sask West Senior Hockey League.

All teams qualify. The first place team earns a bye to the semifinals. The quarterfinals are best-of-three. The semifinal and final rounds are best-of-five.
