2022-23 SEMHL season

This is the 2022-23 South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League season. This is to be the league's 72nd season.

Membership Changes

• On May 11, 2022 the league announced they would be adding the Ile des Chenes North Stars, Red River Wild and the Ste. Anne Aces from the Carillon Senior Hockey League to its league for the 2022-23 season.

The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal and semifinal rounds are best-of-five with the final round being best-of-seven.
