The top eight teams qualify. All rounds are best-of-three. The playoff champion advances to the 2023 Men’s U18 National Club Championship West Regional being held at the Warman Home Centre Communiplex in Warman, Saskatchewan hosted by the Warman Wildcats (AAA).
