All teams participate in the playoffs. Teams are divided into two groups of four and play a round robin within the group. The first place team in one group plays the second place team in the other group in the semifinals with the semifinal winners meeting for the league championship and a spot in the 2023 Men’s U18 National Club Championship Central Regional.
