
This is the 2022-23 Capital Region Junior Hockey League season. This is the league's 4th season.
Membership Changes[]
- On June 8, 2022 the league would announce an expansion team to be based out of Beausejour, Manitoba for the 2022-23 season.[1] The team would later be announced as the Beausejour Comets after a previous Junior B team which played in the Manitoba Junior B Hockey League from 1981 to 1996.[2]

All six teams qualify with the 3rd and 6th place teams and 4th and 5th place teams playing a best-of-five series. Teams are re-seeded after the quarterfinals The semifinal and final rounds are best-of-seven.
