Membership Changes[]
- The Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs are renamed the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks
- The Hamilton Huskies are renamed the Hamilton Kilty B's AAA
- The Hamilton Kilty B's AAA would be consolidated with the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs formerly of the Eastern AAA Hockey League to form the Hamilton Steel for the 2023-24 season in the newly formed OMHA AAA Hockey League. The new team is based out of the Dave Andreychuk Mountain Arena & Skating Centre in Hamilton.

Playoffs[]
The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal and semifinal rounds are best-of-three. The final is best-of-five. The playoff champion advances to the 2023 Men’s U18 National Club Championship Central Regional or runner-up if the Windsor Jr. Spitfires win the league playoffs.
