Playoffs[]
Format[]
The top six teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal round is a best-of-three round. The semifinal round is best-of-five. The final is best-of-three. If the UPEI Panthers reach the final round the semifinal losers will meet in a single game to determine the second league representative at the 2023 University Cup being hosted by the University of Prince Edward Island at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
