The 2021 Telus Cup was to be the U-18 men's national hockey championship of Canada. The tournament was originally (prior to the cancellation of the 2020 tournament) scheduled to be held in Membertou, Nova Scotia at the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre; but, after the cancellation of 2020 Telus Cup due to the COVID-19 pandemic it was was re-awarded to the community that was to host the 2020 edition of the tournament, the St-Hyacinthe, Quebec. On February 5th, 2021 Hockey Canada cancelled the 2021 tournament along with the rest of the national championship directly under Hockey Canada's authority.[1] With the cancellation for the second year in a row the 2022 edition is planned on being held in Membertou, Nova Scotia at the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre. St-Hyacinthe, Quebec will now host the 2023 edition.
