Membership Changes[]
- On May 29, 2021 the league announced the addition of two new franchises for the 2021-22 season. The Lake Cowichan Kraken and the Port Alberni Bombers.[1]

The top 3 teams in each division plus two wildcard qualify (next two best records) for the playoffs. Realignments of teams in division playoffs will be made based on qualifying teams and geography. All series are best-of-seven.
The playoff champions advance to the 2022 Cyclone Taylor Cup for the province's Junior B championship.
