This is the 2021-22 Orford-Saint-Francois Junior B Hockey League season.
The league did not play a 2020-21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

- The Brome-Yamaska Braves, Cowansville Huskies, Drummondville Voltigeurs, Magog Cantonniers are added to the league.
- The Lac-Mégantic Tumel and Sherbrooke Dynamik are not in the league this year.

The league (along with most junior leagues in Quebec) uses what is called a Fair Play Point which is a bonus point in the standings if the team meets certain requirements in terms of avoiding penalties.
