This is the 2021-22 Manitoba AAA U18 Hockey League season.

Due to restrictions in place in the province of Ontario that are put in place in late December the Kenora AAA Thistles are forced to withdraw from the league for the season, the league would remove any stats from the 28 games they had already played from the league statistics for the year for all teams. The team would end up playing a few more exhibition games in February.

The Central Plains Capitals are also not playing this year.
