The top six teams qualify for the playoffs. The finalist qualify for the 2022 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship being to be held March 24-27, 2022 at MacLauchlan Arena on the campus of the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

UBC Thunderbirds (as conference champions) and Saskatchewan Huskies (as conference runner-up) advanced to the 2022 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship which is being held at MacLauchlan Arena on the campus of the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island March 25 - 27, 2022.
