This is the 2021-22 Beausejour Senior Hockey League season. The league started play with the 2019-20 playing season. The league is in the footprint of the former North East Senior Hockey League which played from 2010 to 2018.
The league season had been planned to run from November 12th to January 29th with each team playing 12 games each team hosting each other three times.[1] However, the Cap-Pele Pecheur has announced they were unable to put a team together for the season and the league season was cancelled.[2]
Membership Changes[]
- None for 2021-22 but on July 5, 2022 the Cap-Pele Pecheur announced on their facebook page that the league would be upto six teams for 2022-23 (Cap-Pele Pecheur, Bouctouche JCs, Springhill Coal Miners (Springhill, Nova Scotia), Elsipogtog Hawks, Miramichi Northmen, and Miramichi Valley Lumberjacks (Doaktown, New Brunswick).[3]

The three teams will play a home and home round robin tournament. The top two spots earn a spot in the best-of-five or best-of-seven final series.
