The 2020 Karjala Tournament was the 27th edition of the Karjala Tournament. It was played from November 5, 2020 to November 8, 2020. The Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden played a round-robin for a total of 3 games per team. All matches were played in Hartwall Arena, Helsinki, Finland. One match (CZE - SWE) should have been played in the O2 Arena, Prague, Czech Republic, but due to the bad pandemic situation in the Czech Republic, this match was also played in Helsinki. The tournament was played in a "bubble" when players could only be in the Hartwall Arena and in their hotel. The tournament was a part of the 2020-21 Euro Hockey Tour.
