The 2020 Don Johnson Memorial Cup is the Maritime Junior B Championship tournament. This is the 33rd time the event has been held dating back to the first event held in 1982. No event was held from 1991 to 1996. It is the New Brunswick Junior Hockey League's turn to host the tournament. The selection of host was confirmed by Hockey New Brunswick on January 25, 2020. The tournament is scheduled for April 23-28, 2019. The tournament will be hosted by the Kent Koyotes at the Cocagne Arena in Cocagne, New Brunswick.

The tournament would be cancelled on March 12th when Hockey Canada announced that all games played under their supervision were cancelled until further notice.

The host team plus the league playoff champions of the Island Junior Hockey League, New Brunswick Junior Hockey League, Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League, and the St. John's Junior Hockey League meet in a round robin tournament. The top four teams qualify for the semifinals with the semifinal winners meeting for the tournament championship and a spot in the 2020 Centennial Cup being held in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
