This is what was to be the 2020-21 Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference season.

Membership Changes

• The Farmingdale State Rams, Sacred Heart Pioneers, and Suffolk County Community College Sharks were added in the league some time between the end of the 2019-20 season and the start of the 2021-22 season.
