This was to be the 2020-21 Metropolitaine Junior AA Hockey League season. This was to be the league's ninth season. The league playoff champion for each of the regions it covers advances to the 2021 Coupe Dodge. Prior to the 2018-19 season the league expanded its' boundaries with the addition of teams from the Lac St. Louis and Mauricie regions around greater Montreal.
On September 10th the league was conduction practices with half of the team practicing at one time and the league was hopeful for four on four regular season games to start the season.[1]
As of a league meeting on January 25th the league was still planning on playing some form of a season.[2]
The league's season was cancelled on March 17th without playing any games for the season.[3]
