The 2019 IIHF World Championship Division II was an international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation.

The Group A tournament was held in Belgrade, Serbia, from 9 to 15 April, and the Group B tournament in México City, Mexico, from 21 to 27 April 2019.[1]

Serbia and Israel won the Group A and B tournaments, and were promoted, while Belgium and North Korea finished last and were relegated.[2] Israel's Eliezer Sherbatov was the scoring leader, with 15 points.
