The 2019 Carlson Hockey Games were played between 1-5 May 2019. The Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden played a round-robin for a total of three games per team and six games in total. Five games were played in the DRFG Arena in Brno, Czech Republic and one game (SWE - RUS) was played in the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden. The tournament was a part of 2018-19 Euro Hockey Tour.
