Membership Changes
- The Turtleford Tigers join the league after last having a team for the 2013-14 season in the North Saskatchewan River Hockey League.
- The Edam Three Stars withdrew to join the Sask West Senior Hockey League.
- The Shellbrook Silvertips withdrew to join the Twin Rivers Senior Hockey League.
