The top 8 teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal round best-of-three series and is matched up 1 vs 8.2 vs 7, 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5. The semifinal round is best-of-five Teams are re-seeded prior to the best-of-five semifinal round with 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3. The semifinal winners meet in the best-of-five final.
