McCaw Cup Playoffs[edit | edit source]

The top 8 teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinals and semifinal rounds are best-of-three. The final is a single game. Both finalist qualify for the 2020 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship being held at the MacLaughlin Arena in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island hosted by the UPEI Panthers.

Toronto Varsity Blues defeated Guelph Gryphons 2 games to none
