This is the 2019-20 North Central Senior Hockey League (Alberta) season.

Membership Changes

Fort Saskatchewan Chiefs added.
Eckville Eagles move to Lacombe and change name to Lacombe Generals.
Sylvan Lake Pirates move to Blackfalds and change name to Blackfalds Wranglers
