This is the 2019-20 Noralta Junior Hockey League season. This is the league's 28th season dating back to it's founding as the North Central Junior Hockey League in 1992.
The league playoffs would be cancelled on March 12 when Hockey Canada ended all activities under its' jurisdiction due to the CORVID-19 pandemic.
Membership changes[]
- The New Sarepta Falcons are renamed the New Sarepta Blades
- The Morinville Titans are renamed the Morinville Super C's which was their name prior to the 2009-10 season.
- The Edmonton Avalanche withdrew

The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. All series are first team to 4 points win the series. The finalist and the winner of the Provincial qualifier game qualify for the 2020 Alberta Junior C Playoffs.
