Lamorello Trophy Conference TournamentEdit

The league modified their playoffs format to lower the number of teams in the conference tournament to eight. The quarterfinal winners advance to the single elimination semifinals at the TD Garden. The semifinal winners advance to the final also at the TD Garden. The tournament winner earns the Lamorello Trophy and the conference's automatic bid to the 2020 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the quarterfinal series between the UMass-Lowell River Hawks and the Northeastern Huskies as well as the Boston College Eagles series with the Providence Friars were to be held without spectators.[1]

Cancellation of TournamentEdit

The conference announced it would be cancelling its tournament on March 12th due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.[2]
