This is the 2019-20 Canada West Universities Athletic Association Women's ice hockey season.

This would end up being the Lethbridge Pronghorns women's ice hockey team's last season as on April 20, 2020 the University of Lethbridge announced the cancellation of both the men's and women's hockey programs due to budget constraint issues.[1]

The league uses a 3 point system awarding 3 points for a regulation win (RW), 2 points for an overtime win (OW), 1 point for an overtime loss (OL), and no points for a regulation loss (RL).

The top six teams qualify for the playoffs. The finalist qualify for the 2020 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship being held at the MacLauchlan Arena in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island hosted by the UPEI Panthers.
