This is the 2019-20 Central Interior Senior Hockey League season. This is the league's 24th season.

Membership Changes[edit | edit source]

  • The Smithers Steelheads return to the league after sitting out the 2017-18 and 2018-19 season due to a lack of players.
  • The Hazelton Wolverines are added to the league after last having a team in the league in 2011-12 and having to withdraw prior to the 2012-13 season due to a lack of players.
