The 2018 Maritime-Hockey North Junior C Championships are the regional championship for the eastern portion of Canada. The event marked the 16th time the championship had been contested. The event was held April 4-8, 2018.
The South Side Lynx hosted the event out of the South Shore Actiplex in Crapaud, Prince Edward Island.
The three Atlantic Canada league's playoff champions qualify for the tournament. Hockey Nunavut had a mini-series between the Baffin Blizzard and the Kivalliq Canucks with the Baffin Blizzard winning the series 2 games to 1.
