The top 8 teams qualify for the playoffs. All series are best-of-seven.
The playoff champions (or the other finalist if the Campbell River Storm win the championship) advance to the 2019 Cyclone Taylor Cup being held at the Rod Brind'Amour Arena in Campbell River, British Columbia hosted by the Campbell River Storm of the VIJHL for the province's Junior B championship.
