This is the 2018-19 Nova Scotia Regional Junior Hockey League season. This was the league's 20th season. The league renamed itself from the Nova Scotia Junior C Hockey League during the early part of the 2016-17 season.

Playoffs[]

Format[]

All six teams will qualify for the playoffs with the first and second place teams earning a bye to the semifinals. The quarterfinals are best-of-five and the semifinal and final rounds are best-of-seven. The league champion advances to the 2019 Maritime-Hockey North Junior C Championships hosted by the Western Valley Panthers at the AYR Motor Centre in Woodstock, New Brunswick March 27-31, 2019.
