This is the 2018-19 Noralta Junior Hockey League season. This is the league's 27th season dating back to its' founding as the North Central Junior Hockey League in 1992.

The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. All series are first team to 4 points win the series. The finalist and the winner of the Provincial qualifier game qualify for the 2019 Alberta Junior C Playoffs.
