This is the 2018-19 Middle Atlantic Conference season. This is the conference's first season sponsoring ice hockey.
The conference is using the United Collegiate Hockey Conference schedule to determine its' champion.

- The Wilkes University Colonels were announced as part of the original season line up but opted to delay starting play until 2018-19 when the head coach they chose, reconsidered accepting the position and remained at his previous school.
