Membership Changes
- The Prairie Outlaws and Wakaw Lakers are sitting out the 2018-19 season.
- The Hafford Hawks join the league from the Saskatchewan Prairie Senior Hockey League.
- The Naicam Vikings join the league

Playoffs
Format
All four teams qualify for the playoffs. The top seed plays the fourth seed and the second seed plays the third seed in best-of-five semifinal series with the winners advancing to the league championship series.
