On March 2, 2018 the league announced that the Simon Fraser Clan would have to forfeit 11 games played between January 5 and February 16 due to the participation of an ineligible player, resulting in a loss of 19 points in the standing. The league also stated that all games will revert to 1-0 finals and that all stats for players with the exception of the ineligible player will remain in place.
