Membership Changes[]
The Orford-Saint-Francois Junior B Hockey League didn't operate this season and the organizations from that league sponsor additional teams in the Junior B league and Magog had also had a team in the OSFJBHL the previous season.
- The Magog Cantonniers return to the league after not playing during the 2015-16 season
- The Sherbrooke Club Piscine and the Sherbrooke Thibault GM both add second teams to the league
