This is the 2016-2017 Holy Cross Crusaders women's ice hockey season. This is the program's eighteenth season. This would be the team's last season in the New England Hockey Conference as the conference was changing to a D-III only format for the 2017-18 season. The team would help form the New England Women's Hockey Alliance for the 2017-18 season.
