The 2015 Fred Page Cup is the Eastern Canada qualifying tournament for the 2015 Royal Bank Cup, which is the Junior A Canadian Championship.  This is the 21st year the event has been held.  The tournament will be held April 29th to May 3rd at the Cornwall Civic Complex in Cornwall, Ontario hosted by the Cornwall Colts.
