Membership changes[]
- The Holland College Hurricanes withdrew from junior hockey.
- On September 24, 2015 the Sherwood Falcons announced they were being renamed the Sherwood Metros as a tribute to the towns 1979 Centennial Cup finalist Sherwood-Parkdale Metros.

With the withdrawal of Holland College the league is down to four teams. All teams make the playoffs. The semifinal and final series are best-of-seven. The playoff champion advances to the 2016 Don Johnson Memorial Cup.
