This is the 2015-16 Great Lakes Junior C Hockey League season. This is the league's 58 season dating back to it founding as the Eastern Ontario League. The league champion competes in the 2016 Clarence Schmalz Cup.

The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs. Teams are re-seeded after the quarterfinals. All series are best-of-seven.
