These are the 2015-16 Empire B Junior C Hockey League season standings. This is the league's 27th season dating back to its founding as the Eastern Ontario Junior "C" Hockey League in 1989. The league champion moves on to the 2016 Clarence Schmalz Cup.
Membership Changes
- The Gananoque Islanders joined the league from the recently reorganized Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League, which formed an affiliation with the Central Canada Hockey League and its subsequently was renamed the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2. The Islanders and five other teams were dropped by the league.
- The Deseronto Storm left the league
