This is the 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament. This was the fifteenth time a national championship tournament at the Division III level had been held and was was the thirteenth one sanctioned by the NCAA.

- Norwich Cadets defeated Elmira Soaring Eagles 2-1 (ot)
- Plattsburgh Cardinals defeated Williams Ephs 4-1
- Wisconsin-River Falls Falcons defeated Lake Forest Foresters 4-1
