2015 Bill Salonen Cup Playoffs[]

Format[]

All teams qualify with the 4th and fifth place teams playing a best-of-five quarterfinal series and the winner becoming the number four seed. The semifinals was best-of-seven series with the semifinal winners meeting for the Bill Salonen Cup.

Quarterfinal[]

  • Thunder Bay defeated English River 3 games to none (3-1, 10-5, 5-3)

Semifinals[]

  • Fort Frances defeated Thunder Bay 4 games to one (6-2, 2-1, 5-4, 5-6, 8-3)
  • Dryden defeated Minnesota  (4-1, 1-4, 6-1, 5-3, 1-3, 3-1)

Bill Salonn Cup Final[]

  • Fort Frances defeated Dryden 4 games to 2 (6-2, 4-5, 2-3 (ot), 3-2, 6-3, 3-1)

Both league finalist qualify for the 2015 Dudley Hewitt Cup as the tournament is being held in Fort Frances, Ontario and being hosted by the Fort Frances Lakers.
