2014-15 NOJHL Season

This is the 2014-15 Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League season.  This was the league's 45th season overall dating back to the founding of the NOHA Junior B Hockey League in 1970, and the league's 38th season under this name.

Membership changes

• The Elliot Lake Bobcats relocated to Cochrane, Ontario and are renamed the Cochrane Crunch
• The North Bay Trappers relocate to Mattawa and are renamed the Mattawa Blackhawks one season after the Ontario Hockey League's Brampton Battalion move to North Bay
• The Espanola Rivermen leave the league to join the Canadian International Hockey League
• The Elliot Lake Wildcats are awarded an expansion team
• The Powassan Voodoos are awarded an expansion team

2015 Copeland-McNamara Trophy Playoffs

Format

The top four teams in each division qualify for the playoffs. All rounds are best-of-seven.

Quarterfinals

• Soo defeated Blind River 4 games to none (11-0, 10-1, 11-0, 9-0)
• Elliot Lake defeated Sudbury 4 games to 2 (1-4, 2-5, 8-0, 4-3, 6-0, 4-0
• Powassan defeated Kirkland Lake 4 games to 2 (6-3, 2-4, 6-2, 4-3, 4-5 (ot) ,6-3
• Cochrane defeated Abitibi 4 games to 2 (5-2, 5-4 (ot), 2-4, 4-1, 2-6, 5-3)

Semifinals

• Soo defeated Elliot Lake 4 games to 1 (5-2, 5-2 5-0, 3-5, 6-0)
• Cochrane defeated Powassan 4 games to none (7-4, 6-2, 10-3, 7-4)

Copeland-McNamara Trophy Final

• Soo defeated Cochrane 4 games to 1 (2-6, 8-0, 4-2, 2-0, 5-3)
