Membership Changes[]
The league conducted two neutral site games to test two potential new markets in Connellsville, Pennsylvania and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The league announced on April 11, 2014 the addition of a team to be based somewhere in Western Pennsylvania to begin play with the 2014-15 season.
Regular Season[]
The season concluded on April 19th with the Dayton Demonz winning their first ever championship.

Commisioner's Cup Playoffs[]
Format[]
The top three teams advance to the playoffs. The top seed gets a bye to the final and the 2nd and 3rd seeds play in a best-of-three semifinal series. The final series is a best-of-five series
