The 2013–14 San Jose Sharks season was the club's 23rd season in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Sharks qualified for the Stanley Cup playoffs for the tenth consecutive season,[1] but lost in the first round to the Los Angeles Kings 3–4 after being up 3–0.

Playoffs[]

The Sharks entered the playoffs as the Pacific Division's second seed. They faced the Los Angeles Kings in the first round. With a 5-1 game 7 loss, the Sharks became the fourth team in NHL history to lose a series when holding a 3-0 series lead.[4]
